
Houdini was used to create the shattering glass effect. A chunk of the monitor was loaded, and split into individual pieces. Each fragment emits a particle in a semi-random direction, then follows that particle. The effect is then saved to a series of OBJ files to bring into Maya (with the fileInterp.mel script). |
